Shark Mining wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Standard Return Policy

You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.

To return an item, the item must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories and cables.
Purchases can be exchanged for the another item(s), or a refund. Please read carefully our Overall Return Guidelines policy for additional information on restocking fee. No refunds are available on orders paid via cryptocurrency.

Antminer Terms & Conditions and Return Policy
This policy applies to any Bitmain Antminer products.
All Antminers are protected by a 180-Day Warranty provided by Bitmain.
Warranty is 180 days direct through Bitmain.
No refunds or returns accepted for any reason. All Sales are Final. Buyer waives their right to cancel or return when purchasing this item.
25% restocking fee for canceled orders. No exceptions.
We will send the items directly to you in the original box.
Seller reserves the right to cancel any order that appear to be fraudulent.
Loss of revenue or product depreciation due to delays in transportation or other reasons is not the responsibility of the seller.
Fluctuations in cryptocurrency mining difficulty, valuation of coins and improving hardware technologies make mining and investing in crypto a risk. The buyer assumes this risk and releases the seller of any and all financial liability.

Antminer Pre–Sale Policy:
Applies to orders with future shipping date.
– The product will be shipped to the buyer within 24 hours of receiving it from Bitmain
– Item is protected by a 180-Day Warranty provided by Bitmain.
– Brand NEW, unopened item in original Bitmain packaging.
– Note this is a pre-sale. A confirmation message will be sent within 48 hours of sale and the Bitmain manufacturer order number will be provided.
Tracking information will be provided the day the item is received from the manufacturer and shipped to the buyer.

Overall Return Guidelines

These are Shark Mining’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Shark Mining website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

If your item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the package to us in accordance with our return policy.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Before returning a product, please, first contact SharkMining customer service and obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. SharkMining will not accept returns without an RMA number.

You must ship the product to SharkMining within 5 days of the date that SharkMining issues the Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and follow these steps:
– Ship back all products you are seeking to return to SharkMining and for which you received an RMA number. For partial returns, your credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
– To return an item, the item must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories, cables, media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
– Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

The buyer will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Purchases can be exchanged for another item(s), or a refund. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped.

Upon receipt of your return, SharkMining will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.
Note: Before you return the product to SharkMining, make sure to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and on any other storage device in the product. Remove any and all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs, and PC Cards. SharkMining is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a SharkMining error, SharkMining may charge a restocking fee of up to 5% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

Promotional Items: If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card (for example, discounts for bulk purchases) and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, SharkMining may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.


Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  • If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

Please note that a different return/exchange policy may apply to in-store purchases.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
We recommend that you ship return merchandise via UPS with tracking, signature confirmation and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Shark Mining will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Return shipping labels

In case of a DOA item we can provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
The customer is still responsible for shipping and possible loss and/or damage of the package until the return is delivered. We can add an insurance to the shippping label for an additional fee or the customer can take the risk of loss and/or damage of the package in transit.

Modifications for Terms and Conditions

We may make changes to the Site and the Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for updates or changes. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Site.
