Shark Mining wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

SharkMining-branded mining rigs Return Policy

This policy applies to SharkMining-branded products.

Please review our return policy before ordering. All sales are final. No refunds will be given. A 90-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. Defective mining rigs within warranty period can be repaired free of charge under the warranty policy.

After 90 days you are still covered by full manufacturers' warranty. Most of the parts are covered by 3–10 years manufactures warranty. For more details visit Warranty page.

To be eligible for a warranty return the item must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories and cables. Warranty returns can ONLY be exchanged for another item(s). Please read our overall Return Guidelines Policy for additional information on restocking fees.

Antminer Terms & Conditions and Return Policy

This policy applies to Bitmain Antminer products.
All Antminers are protected by a 180-Day Warranty provided by Bitmain.
Warranty is 180 days direct through Bitmain.
No refunds or returns accepted for any reason. All Sales are Final. Buyer waives his right to cancel or return when purchasing this item.
25% restocking fee for canceled orders. No exceptions.
We will send the items directly to you in the original box.
Seller reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent.
Loss of revenue or product depreciation due to delays in transportation or other reasons is not the responsibility of the seller.
Fluctuations in cryptocurrency mining difficulty, valuation of coins and improving hardware technologies make mining and investing in crypto a risk. The buyer assumes this risk and releases the seller of any and all financial liability.

Antminer Pre–Sale Policy:
This policy applies to orders with future shipping date.
– The product will be shipped to the buyer within 24 hours of receiving it from Bitmain
– Item is protected by a 180-Day Warranty provided by Bitmain.
– Brand NEW, unopened item in original Bitmain packaging.
– Note this is a pre-sale. A confirmation message will be sent within 48 hours of sale, and the Bitmain manufacturer order number will be provided.
Tracking information will be provided the day the item is received from the manufacturer and shipped to the buyer.

Overall Return Guidelines

These guidelines apply to SharkMining-branded products.

These are Shark Mining’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Shark Mining website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines for the individual return policy to apply.

If you complete a purchase and wish to cancel it, contact the Shark Mining RMA Department at sales@sharkmining.com.
If your item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded.

Custom or Rush orders being processed that were requested by the customer involving increased graphics cards (GPU) capacity, custom components (Motherboard, Power Supply, Etc.) and orders made specific for the customers request outside of the normal order process featured on SharkMining's site are not subject to cancellation.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Before returning a product, please, first contact SharkMining customer service and obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. SharkMining will not accept warranty/defective component returns without an RMA number.

You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Shark Mining RMA Department at sales@sharkmining.com.

You must ship the product to SharkMining within three ( 3 ) calendar days of the date that SharkMining issues the warranty Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and follow these steps:
  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to SharkMining and for which you received an RMA number.
  • For warranty returns, the item must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories, cables, media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
  • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

The buyer will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Purchases can be exchanged for another item(s), or a refund. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped.

For product warranty returns shipped after the three ( 3 ) calendar days RMA time frame, SharkMining reserves the right to reject the shipment and reroute the item back to the customer.

Upon receipt of your return, SharkMining will notify of updates to the warranty return and of the estimated return date.

Note: Before you return the product to SharkMining, make sure to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and other storage devices in the product. Remove any and all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs, and PC Cards. SharkMining is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.

We recommend that you ship return merchandise via Fedex with tracking, signature confirmation and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. SharkMining will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation If return/exchange packages are damaged, lost, stolen, or mishandled. We highly recommend you using original packaging and pack the product the same way as it was originally shipped.

Promotional Items: If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card (for example, discounts for bulk purchases) and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, SharkMining may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.

Please note that a different return/exchange policy may apply to in-store purchases.

Restocking Fee
For all other orders: We reserve the right to accept returns for refund and will charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. This applies to canceled orders being processed and orders that have shipped. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.

Modifications for Terms and Conditions

We may make changes to the Site and the Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for updates or changes. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Site.
